19542 9/16/2025 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 07, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. to hear citizens who may wish to comment on: REZONE CASE NUMBER, REZONP2507-001 KOOPA COUNTRY MEADOWS LLC / JAMES CRAWLEY (OWNER /APPLICANT): An application to change the zoning for Gila County Assessor’s tax parcel number 301-12-003P which is currently tri-zoned: Transitional Residential District (TR), Residential One District Density Twelve (R1-D12), and Commercial Two District (C2) to designate the entire parcel as Transitional Residential District (TR) and add a Trailer District (T) Overlay to allow for the development of a manufactured home community. APN 301-12-003P is located at 4176 N. Highway 87, Pine, Arizona, and is tri-zoned: Transitional Residential District (TR), Residential One District Density Twelve (R1-D12), and Commercial Two District (C2). The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. One or more of the Board members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call or by interactive television (ITV). The meeting will be televised to the Gila County Complex, Board of Supervisors’ Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona, and it will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkCHWVqrI5AmJKbvYbO-k2A/live . Citizens may submit comments related to this agenda item by no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, October 06, 2025, by emailing the Clerk of the Board at casrarynezami@gilacountyaz.gov or calling 928-402-4390. Comments may also be input through YouTube during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Please include the meeting date, agenda item number, your name, and residence address in the email. All comments are public information and subject to release. Citizens can also attend this hearing in person in Globe or Payson to provide their comments.
